Tool space - production according to request - technical drawing - sample piece - ability to design, construct and after approval from customer manufature some kind of tool - like shear, calibrate, press, cut tools - exact terms drilling.- Batch production – We provide batch production on our machines - twisted parts, form pieces - Now we provide production runs car seats to motor homes and specific parts to light and heavy building machines.We're able to provide production from 1000 to 100.000 pieces in a year.
- Degreasing metal parts - in order to improving quality of our services we bought rotate drum washer, where we degreasing our products before surface adaptation.We also provide this services to our extern customers, degreasing metal is performed in bionomic perparative.
Metal heat treatment - For speeding up production we have our metal heat treatment, parameters : warm-up to 1000°C - we provide brindle, saturation, cementation, dim, cooling in oil and water bath.- Welded - In area metal working we make metal palets, transport boxes, stable work level, atypic light control tables, containers, semi-automatic store systems and other. Our construction allows us to offer our customers suggestions, construction and production.Production according to technical drawing or sample piece.
